Character design

Prices below are starting prices only and will increase depending on the complexity of the character and the number of elements included in their design.If you do not already have art of your character to use as a reference, this will automatically classify your commission as a character design. This is to account for the extra work involved in crafting a character from scratch using multiple example images and/or descriptions.Please DO NOT claim and use someone else's design as your own.BASIC - $100AUDIncludes all humanoid characters with basic outfits with no or small/simple accessories. Characters with small horns or animal ears may be included in this category.BASIC + - $150AUDIncludes all humanoid characters with multiple outfit components or outfits with some finer details such as patterns, laces, belts etc.
Characters can have one simple weapon or two smaller weapons (daggers/pistols), and/or accessories.COMPLEX - $200AUDIncludes all humanoid and monster race characters; characters with multiple outfit components and armour sets; large and/or multiple weapons and accessories; large wings, tails, and/or additional body-parts.

Terms of Service

By ordering from me, you have agreed to the following:

That I, Hybrid-Arts / HybridDragoness...

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

  • I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified.

  • I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the client's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.

  • I reserve the right to cancel an incomplete commission at any time, with prior notification to the client, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or any kind of abuse.

That you, the Client...

  • Do not use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints, redistribution or use as NFTs or on/within the Blockchain.

  • Do not use commissioned image(s) or WIPs to train AI image generators, or any AI service. Use of AI services/technology to alter or complete commissioned images/WIPs is forbidden.

  • Do not claim the image(s) as your own work.

  • Are allowed to use the image(s) for personal use (example: as a desktop wallpaper, social media profile picture, etc.)

  • Are only allowed to reupload the image(s) to their personal galleries IF I have been notified and appropriately credited as the artist & a link is provided to any of my art socials.

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is conducted via PayPal invoices.

  • All payments are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

  • Payment must be made in full before I begin work.

  • I will wait one week for payment before the order is cancelled, unless otherwise negotiated.

  • I will not accept refunds after work has commenced.

Commission Procedure

  • Fill out the commission form and send to me via DeviantART, Instagram or Twitter.

  • Once the final price has been agreed upon, I will send the PayPal invoice to your nominated PayPal address. When the payment has been received I will commence work.

  • I will send WIPs (Works in Progress) for corrections.

These include:

  • 2 major corrections at the sketch stage (such as pose, overall outfit, etc.)

  • 2 minor corrections at the lineart stage (such as outfit detailing, facial expressions, small accessories, etc.)

  • 2 colour corrections at the flats stage.

Any additional corrections will be invoiced at $15 per change.Turn around time is usually between 1-4 weeks, depending on the commission size and my workload.I will communicate with you regarding any delays.Please notify me in the beginning if you have a deadline.

Deliverables

All commissioned images are Digital Goods only - no physical piece will be shipped to the client.Clients will be emailed the full resolution artwork in .PNG format.
Sketch and Lineart versions can also be included at your request.
